Return & Refund Policy for In-Store Orders:

ALL IN-STORE SALES ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

Return & Refund Policy for Online Orders:

If, upon receiving your online order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays). Requests submitted more than 3 days after delivery will be rejected.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging. Items returned with obvious signs of use or missing tags may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

To return an item, follow these steps:

  • Submit a return request by emailing info@jarviscouture.com or calling 903-385-4985. Once the request is approved or denied, you will receive an email confirmation with the return address.
  • Place your item back in the bag or box with your original packing slip or invoice. All original tags MUST be attached.
  • Your return must be shipped within 3 days of requesting your return authorization number. Items not in transit within 3 days of approval of the return request will be rejected.

Your refund will be processed 5-10 days after the item is received and approved at our store.
